Vacation Week

We had a really fun week while Davis was off. We were going to go out of town but decided to save some moo-lah and stay here because, really, there is sooooo much to do here and most of it is FREE! Best city ever!

We lost our camera...well, I should say Davis lost our camera. He thinks he left it at the country club where we had this fancy dinner for his work...so no pics of us looking red-carpet ready. It was a fun night though. :) So most of these pictures were taken from Davis's phone which actually isn't too shabby but sorry if they are not the best!

We had some really pretty weather during Davis's vacation week, and one day in perticular was a little windy so we went to the park to fly a kite. It was really fun.

Davis even got some golfing in! They had a 'sports day' at the hospital and all the residents and doctors got to go golf and have lunch, dinner and an awards ceremony. Davis and his team of residents won for the lowest scoring resident team! Yay!

We also went to Grant's Farm which is an area of land that used to owned by Ulyseus S. Grant and his family. Here is their home...and yes, that green is the original color! I couldn't get over it!

We got to feed the goats too. Marshall warmed up to them fast! It was the cutest thing ever!!!

We got a kick out of these carridges! They were so cool!

We also went to a Cardinals baseball game and it was really, really fun! St. Louis loves their baseball team!!! We had a great time at the game and Marshall has been talking about it since!

It was great to have a fun week with Davis!
